Civil Work: Steel structure, metal roof sheet on RC structure foundation. 1,500sqm of cold storage of -30oC, -18oC and 0oC to 10oC on the first floor area. PU panel for floor, ceiling, wall with thickness from 50mm to 150mm. Polyurethane 4mm to 6mm for floor finishing. EPS panel for exterior front wall and metal sheet from FL=2.5m up to roof for the other wall.

M&E Work: Cold storage system with temperature from -30oc to +18oC. Boiler system, hot water system, Airshower, clean room 500sqm for packing area.
